Ms. DeAngelis founded The Village School’s Junior Engineering in 2013.   This year, she will continue to grow and implement this program through her strong connections with the Boston’s Museum of Science Engineering is Elementary (E.i.E.) program. Ms. DeAngelis serves a lead online educator for the E.i.E. program and brings her knowledge and understanding of this program directly to the Village School classroom.   Based on her expertise in this area she has been a guest speaker at the Florida Kindergarten Council Convention and the Florida Council of Independent Schools’ Convention.  At these events, she shared the engineering Open Lab concept for elementary students and the engineering program that she created at the Village School.
