Jason St. Amand comes to us from Montgomery Academy in Montgomery, AL, where he was the STEAM Coordinator, along with coordinator of technology and creator of a Design and Innovation Lab.
Mr. St. Amand holds a B.A. from the Univ. of Maine, and a M.S. Ed. from Cal State Univ. He served as Upper Division Technology Coordinator, along with teaching History and Technology for three years at Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa before going to the Montgomery Academy. Before Berkeley, Mr. St. Amand was on the faculty of Woodward Academy in College Park, GA., the largest independent school in the U.S. While there for 16 years, he was the Technology Curriculum Coordinator, taught middle school History, directed the Woodward Fund, and coordinated the outreach mission program. He also was selected to be part of Leadership Woodward, an intensive two – year program, training independent school leaders, an equivalent of another Master’s Degree in Administration. In addition, Mr. St. Amand has also coached various sports for over 20 years at the Middle and High School level.
