    • Two year letterman in football
    • Started career as a walk-on and later earned a scholarship
    • Lead team in senior year, rushing for 722 yards, and 1016 total yards from scrimmage
  • Played eight seasons in the NFL, seven with the Indianapolis Colts #20
    • Second best all time in Colts team history with a rushing avg. of 4.48 yards per carry.
    • Only player in Colts history to have career rushing and receiving for over 2,000 yards along with returns of over 3,000 yards.

    • 1987 AFC all purpose yardage leader / 2nd overall in the NFL behind Herschel Walker
    • Played final season in 1992 with the Pittsburgh Steelers #28
