First time users:
Step 1: Write down or use copy/paste to record our School Code: 137TVSNFLFL
Step 2: On the next screen, look for the blue "New Users Click Here" button in the left column.
Step 3: Click here to proceed to the next screen.
Note: the School Code is NOT your password. Enter it in the school code field on the registration screen. You will be prompted to create a password shortly thereafter as you setup your account.

Deadlines
The ordering deadline has passed. Can I still place my order?
- No. We're sorry, but the system will not allow us to enter lunch orders after the deadline has passed. Reports have already been generated, and the kitchen staff have placed their food supply orders for the month.
What happens to my submitted order if I don't pay before the deadline?
- Any orders you have placed will be dropped from our system if you do not make the payments before the deadline passes. You will then be responsible for providing your own lunches for your children.
Until what time of day can I place an order on the period closing date?
- Ordering closes at midnight on the last day of the Ordering Period.
Can I go back and place additional orders or make changes after I have submitted and paid for my original order?
- Yes, as long as you do so before the Order Period closing date. If the changes are in excess of $2, you will be charged an additional $1.50 transaction fee when you submit for payment. Orders less than $2 are carried forward into the next month.
Getting Started
What is Orgs Online?
- Orgs Online is an organization that provides the software we use for online purchasing on a subscription basis. After much research, we could not find a better application for our lunch ordering needs.
I'm using the system for the first time. Where do I go?
- First time users need to create an account To do so, click here and then select "New Users Click Here" in the left column. The school code is 137TVSNFLFL. It's easiest to select the code, then copy and paste.
I have children with different last names. Is that a problem?
- No. Your children are each listed with their own first and last names, and that can be different than the family name you registered under.
Getting More Help
I don't have regular access to a computer. What can I do?
- The computers in the library of the Wesley building will be available for online ordering on specified days during the Order Period. If required, you can request that a staff member be present to give you assistance.
The question I have isn't answered here and I need more help.
- There is an extensive User Guide on the Orgs Online website. After you login, you will find it near the bottom of the left column. (Please note that not all features listed in the guides are available on our particular LunchBuilder setup.)
- At the beginning of each school year, sessions will be held to help people become familiar with the program. We will send out notices with the times and locations of the sessions.

Credits
I accidentally placed an order on a field trip day. Can I get my money back?
- You can go back and make changes to your order prior to the Ordering Period closing date. If the deadline has passed, and the field trip was scheduled on the lunch order form, then no, you cannot be credited for your order that day. The school kitchen has purchased the necessary food supplies for the month and these costs still need to be covered.
My child missed school. Can we be credited for the lunch he/she missed?
- No. If your child missed lunch for reasons such as illness, doctors' appointments, or family travel, we cannot credit your lunch for those days. This is because food supplies have been purchased by the school for those lunches and the expenses still need to be covered.
Lunch was canceled for my child one day because of a school closing or a last-minute field trip. Will the lunch be credited?
- Yes. If the school is responsible for your child's missed lunch for reasons such as hurricane days, last-minute field trips, or other events not scheduled at the time you placed your order, the school will apply a credit to the following month's lunch order.
Do I need to request a lunch credit for canceled lunches?
- No. Normally the lunch credit will be automatically applied. If you do not see the credit as you place your next month's order, please let Kristi English at the Wesley Reception desk know.
Payments
What are electronic checks?
- Electronic checks are identical to the paper versions in your check book, except without the paper. Many companies, including large ones such as Walmart, no longer use paper checks. If you use them to pay for items, they will be scanned in and then either handed back to you or shredded. Companies just need the routing and account numbers at the bottom.
Can I still pay for the lunches using a paper check or cash?
- No. All lunch payments must be made online using electronic checks.
Why can I not use a credit card?
- Cost. Credit cards charge a percentage fee that would increase the cost of the lunch ordering program significantly, both for you and the school.
Where and when do I enter my check information?
- After you make your first lunch order, you will be asked to make your payment. At that time, you will be guided through the steps required to setup the electronic check payment.
Will I have to enter my check information when I place my lunch order every month?
- No. You will only have to do this the very first time you place an order.
Are electronic checks safe and secure?
- Yes. The same safeguards that you have with paper checks are still in place. You can call your bank to cancel a transaction or report any misuse.
- The company that handles the transactions, PaySimple, is verified secure, and you can visit their website to view their certifications, verifications, and affiliations.
Why do you charge a $1.50 transaction fee?
- This is a fee charged by PaySimple for the processing of the financial transaction.
Do you charge an additional $1.50 for each of my children?
- No. As long as you you place an order for each of your children at the same time, you are only charged this amount once when you submit your orders for payment.
